Cancellation and Returns Policy

A transaction can be canceled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010.

Transaction cancellation

A customer may cancel a transaction made on the site within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of execution of the transaction - whichever is later.

Cancellation notice will be sent in writing via the contact form on the website.

Cancellation fees

In the event of a transaction being canceled after the product has been shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS will be charged - whichever is lower.
In addition, the customer will bear the cost of returning the product.

Product return conditions

• A product can only be returned in its original packaging, when it is new, unopened and unused.

• A product that has been used, damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged cannot be returned.

Non-returnable products

Products that were specially manufactured according to the customer's requirements, or products that have been used after delivery, cannot be returned.
